Here are four foods and one tip to help your skin look younger: - Eat strawberries for their vitamin C which helps collagen production. Red bell peppers, papaya, broccoli, and oranges are rich in vitamin C as well. -Eat tomatoes for the carotenoid lycopene which helps keep your skin smooth. -Eat tofu and other soy products for their isoflavones to preserve collagen. -Eat tuna for the Omega-3 fat EPA to preserve collagen. - Put on as much sunscreen as your dermatologist recommends, not what you think is an acceptable amount.
