Lely Palms Retirement Community, in Naples, Florida, offers all the comforts of home, but none of the work and worry. Committed to the continued health of our residents, Lely Palms programs are designed to help residents maintain a healthy outlook and their independence for as long as possible.

Located on a campus with ManorCare Health Services, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, and Arden Courts Alzheimer's Assisted Living Center, our residential facilities are an option for seniors who want to maintain their independence and privacy, but who require some supervision and support. Apartment-style accommodations and villas include services such as housekeeping, linen service and daily meals, and a beauty/barber shop on the premises. In addition, assistance with activities of daily living such as medication management, bathing, dressing and toileting are available through a certified geriatric nursing assistant.

An emphasis is placed on socialization and activities, including music and exercise. Personal care assistance is available 24 hours a day. In everything we do, residents' needs and preferences come first. A comprehensive resident assessment helps determine the appropriate package of services required or desired by each resident so that we can provide the right level of personal care and support.

Wellness Director
…our Wellness Director is our licensed nurse who is available to help when a need arises. Our nurse is available in our Assisted Living and also available to our Independent residents. Scheduling of blood lab work, podiatrist, and blood pressure checks are available to our residents on a weekly basis.

Resident Services Director
…our Resident Services Director is your concierge to Lely Palms! The R.S. Director helps guide you through your move from your home to your new home with us! We make your move easy with valuable information to re-locate and acquaint you with other residents, scheduling of the community, and help in settling you into the home-like environment. (Q) Is Lely Palms a Continued Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with a buy in?

Lely Palms is a FULL CONTINUUM care community not licensed as a CCRC. We are a Senior RENTAL community. Since life is ever changing, when renting at Lely Palms you are able to move one time on our 28 acres and live your life with us! Whether you need Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Rehab, or Assisted Living for Alzheimer’s or dementia….you can move within our community to meet your many levels of care.

(Q) Are pets welcomed at Lely Palms?
Yes, pets are welcomed. Cats are allowed in our apartment building and Dogs are allowed in our Villas.


(Q) How does it work at Lely Palms if I am a senior resident in Independent Living and have a health set back and need Assisted Living?

Not a problem, first we would like to keep our residents as Independent as possible. We would first assess the resident’s needs and depending on their needs we would recommend a home health agency to make visits into their apartment or villa.
If home health is not enough help, then we would offer our 12 bed assisted living for a 24 hour 7 day week individual care. Located on our campus is a 117 bed Skilled Nursing and Rehab Facility…where our residents can get outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation plus… an Assisted Living for Alzheimer’s and dementia…Arden Courts.


(Q) I reside in New York but like spending winter months in South Florida. Does Lely Palms accommodate my living arrangements?

Lely Palms offers our seasonal rentals a three to six months stay in a one-bedroom furnished apartment (Guest Apartment) as a Full Service or General Rental seasonal rate.

We also have Respite and Trial Stays at Lely Palms, ask our Marketing Department about the details.

(Q) As a senior resident at Lely Palms should I have my kids come to visit, can they stay in my apartment or do you offer daily accommodations?

At Lely Palms, we love to have our residents’ families visit us here! The families can stay with the resident in their villa or apartment….or…they can rent one of our Guest Apartments (completely furnished) at a reasonable rate.


(Q) Because Lely Palms has a Skilled Nursing Facility on property, do I get preferential treatment should I need short term rehab as a resident of Lely Palms?

On the 28 acre campus of Lely Palms Retirement Community we work together with our fellow facilities to meet our resident’s needs. Whether they are needing out-patient, short-term or long-term care…our Skilled Nursing/Rehab, Assisted Living and Arden Courts (Alzheimer’s/dementia ALF)…we work together as a team to satisfy our Lely Palms residents!

(Q) My wife has Alzheimer’s disease and I am an active Senior. What can Lely Palms offer us?

The beauty of living on our 28 acre campus is that if a couple have different care needs…all their needs will be met without leaving the campus here at Lely Palms! If your wife needs Alzheimer’s care then she can move to our Assisted Living at Arden Court (on our property) and her husband can live actively at Lely Palms Retirement Community! The couple is at peace knowing that both of their needs are being met and can spend quality time together just steps away from each other’s new home.
