Christopher East Health Care Center is located in the Hikes Point area. A unique facility providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation care, we also offer specialty programs in Alzheimer's care and Brain Injury. Our individualized treatment plans focus on the patient to better assist them in their recovery from illness, surgery and other complex medical conditions. The therapy staff is committed to helping residents achieve their highest level of physical functioning and the clinical team of nurses, registered dietitians, medical staff, social workers and case managers, ensure continuity of care for our patients. Private and semi-private rooms are offered based on availability.
