Oakmont East

Oakmont East Nursing Center is a skilled and intermediate nursing care facility that includes a Medicare distinct unit offering intensive medical and rehabilitative care. Oakmont provides high acuity nursing care and rehabilitative therapies for patients transitioning from hospital to home, including physical, occupational and speech therapies. Oakmont East also offers respite care and short-term stays, allowing caregivers the opportunity to take a break from the demands of caring for a loved one at home. Stays can range from one week to several weeks, and residents can enjoy the full range of activities and services that our long-term residents enjoy.
