The Plaza at Punchbowl is a rental Assisted Living community located in central Honolulu at 918 Lunalilo Street. Established in 2004, The Plaza has been providing Hawaii’s seniors with quality Independent, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services.

 

The Plaza at Punchbowl’s Assisted Living program has been designed to foster and promote each resident’s autonomy and dignity. Residents will be able to continue their independent lifestyle while also having access to care. A nurturing and trained professional staff will provide assistance with activities of daily living. Residents and their loved ones will be granted peace of mind knowing that at The Plaza, our compassionate staff will care for all residents as their own family.
 
24 hour nursing services include, but not limited to are as follows:
Medication management program, administered by a licensed nurse
Incontinence care
Bathing
Dressing
Grooming
Hygiene
