PALACE AT HOME - LICENSED IN DADE & BROWARD COUNTIES
Home Health Care

The Palace at Home, provides the personalized care needed to adequately maintain patients at home. The objective is to meet the physical & psychological needs of an individual in time of illness, disability, or emotional crisis, which may threaten the normal pattern of life. We provide coordination of services for residents that are eligible to receive home health services under physician’s orders & Medicare criteria.

Services include: Home Health Aides for companionship, personal care and assistance with the activities of daily living, Nursing Services including Wound Care, Diabetic Care and Blood Pressure Monitoring, Rehabilitation Services including strengthening, gait training, home safety & exercises.

Medicare Services
The Palace at Home is a Medicare-Certified Home Health Agency that provides coordination of services for residents that are eligible to receive home health services under physician's orders and Medicare criteria. Our agency is certified to provide the following services:

Nursing Services
• Home Health Aide Services
• Occupational Therapy Services

A La Carte Services
• The Palace at Home also provides the following services to private clients and all Palace communities' residents at very affordable fees.
• Home Health Aides
• Companionship services
• Assistance with personal care and activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry
• Assistance in shopping

Nursing Services Include:
• Administration of medications
• Wound care
• Carrying out treatments
• Monitorial blood pressure
• Diabetic care as ordered by a physician.

Therapy Services
Services provided by licensed therapists for:
• Strengthening
• Gait training
• Home safety
• Exercises
• Proper transfer techniques as ordered by a physician
