Q: I represent a 501 (c) (4) organization designed to promote social welfare. I believe our organization’s assistance programs can benefit the audience on SilverCensus however operate on a limited budget. Can I list our organization on your site?
A: Absolutely! The SilverCensus management team understands the drastic need to bridge viewers with quality charitable foundations/organizations for assistance. Our mission to educate our audience remains clear and directed first and foremost by keeping the quality of social welfare in mind. Q: I want to upgrade to a Premium or Enhanced Membership. What should I do?
A: Please email sales@SilverCensus.com your request. A SilverCensus Account Manager will be in contact with you shortly to make applicable changes and arrange for the upgrade.

Q: Why the big difference between Premium and Enhanced membership?
A: Premium members receive many more benefits than Enhanced members. Please see the membership option chart for complete details A Premium member will always have top priority listing in blue with logo displayed on a search result page. Enhanced members although have a preferred listing highlighted in a green over both Standard listings, do not have logo displayed as a feature. Premium members will always have top listing above an Enhanced member.

The web marketing team of SilverCensus will work hard optimizing both Premium Members and Enhanced members’ services and products for extensive marketing on major search engines like Google. Only Premium Members will enjoy the benefit of Google PPC advertisement campaign directed to their profile page at no additional cost. Limited optimization is provided for Enhanced members versus extensive optimization for Premium Members.

Only Premium membership includes unlimited, video advertisement on SilverCensus homepage and other main pages and a complete Photo Gallery Slide Show to tantalize the senses. Enhanced members have no video features to their business listing page and only are permitted one photo to replace the Photo Gallery Slide Show.

Q: Why should I pay for an Enhanced membership while I can get a Standard Plus listing?
A: An Enhanced membership will always be differentiated above all standard listings highlighted with a green background. Like Premium membership, Enhanced membership offers unlimited multiple listings of services, amenities, accommodations and area of expertise along with unlimited zip codes which allows viewers to locate your business and services a number of ways. Enjoy the freedom to customize your profile page like Premium membership and have no limited listing provisions like Standard Plus.

Q: Why should I pay for a Standard Plus listing while I can get a Standard listing for FREE?
A: Although your business will benefit from a FREE listing on SilverCensus, your profile page will not obtain the visibility from our audience which you business may desire. Standard Plus Members offers similar benefits of Premium and Enhanced members like multi listings however in small doses limited by provisions. Limited word description page, 7 zip codes tagged to your business, Standard Plus is an affordable method to participate and try SilverCensus. Members enjoy reporting statistics conveniently emailed to them monthly. A FREE standard listing is a simple standard, “white page” listing with just one telephone number, address, and one zip code tagged to your business listing. Unlike other directories on the web, this FREE listing allows one photo to be uploaded at no charge to a profile. Q: I did not find my business listed and could benefit from a listing on SilverCensus.com. How can I obtain a FREE Standard listing on SilverCensus?
A: Send your business information and request including your licensing information to customerservice@SilverCensus.com. A representative of SilverCensus will be in contact with your business to verify your information and to inform you of your new listing. Don’t forget to include one photo of your business!

Q: How can I pay?
A: Payments for all Annual Memberships are accepted in a one time charge. Only Premium Membership can pay quarterly, semi-annually or annually. Payment for Banner Advertisement is monthly.

Q: My Medicare home health care agency also offers geriatric care management and private duty for seniors. Does my membership pay for all three listings at one price?
A: Yes, if your business enrolls in either a Premium or Enhanced membership, your agency can have all 3 service categories listed for just one membership price. The more services your business offers, the more listings at no additional cost. While Standard Plus is a great way for a business to start advertising on SilverCensus.com, should your business offer more than 2 service types under a category, you may want to consider upgrading to a membership with unlimited service types as Standard Plus Listing has a 2 service type provision.

Q: Do you give multiple locations discount?

The SilverCensus.com services, benefits, and features available to you at this price are designed to give you results and generate long-lasting revenues for your business.
